Pet quality-of-life calculator

A 5-minute scoring exercise using the HHHHHMM scale — the most widely used end-of-life assessment framework for pets.

How it works: Score your pet 0-10 in each of seven categories based on the past week. The seven scores sum to a total out of 70. Track weekly. The scale informs conversations with your veterinarian — it doesn't replace clinical judgment.
